We want you to be satisfied with your Optimal Insoles purchase.
Change of Mind: Returns may be accepted within 14 days of receiving your order if the item is unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Faulty or Damaged Items: If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will offer a replacement or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Return Process: To request a return or refund, please email us with your order number and reason for return. If approved, we will provide return instructions.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.
